You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Contact our support team at info@slivrcutter.com or through the contact page with your order number, and we'll guide you through the return.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.
